Starting Again

After 8 years as a homeschool mom, I find myself in a strange position.  The girls are now attending a public charter school.  The break during the day is good for all of us.  I am finding the change very interesting.  I know once I get the house organized and clean the way I want it, I can get started on making my quilts and purses.  I haven't had time to myself in so long, I forget what to do.  Before I became a mom and wife, I was an aspiring engineer.  I never knew how much those two little girls would change my life and it's direction.  I always said I would go back to work if they ever went to school.  Now I know that even though they are in school, they still need me.  So, I won't be going back to a day job anytime soon.  But I think this new phase in my life, will be a nice one...
